GLENDALE, RI, Sept., 2003 — Setting a new benchmark in banner production, Bruin Plastics Company, a leading manufacturer of vinyl laminated and coated fabrics, has introduced a reinforced holographic vinyl for banners.

Designated Celebration!™, the 10 oz. vinyl features a dazzling pattern of stars that shimmer, shine and sparkle. The personality and appearance of the fabric changes as the light changes. Colors come and go, and different stars assume different dimensions, sometimes fading and sometimes popping brightly to the forefront of the pattern.

Celebration!™ accepts both screen printing and vinyl letters, lending it versatility both indoors and out. It can be used to spark up birthdays, holidays and other special events, and it can make a message stand out where many banners compete to attract attention. It has a high tear and tensile strength, and it can be both hemmed and heat sealed.

Celebration!™ is now available with a star pattern on a white background, but Bruin Plastics vice president Steve Angelone foresees universes of stars on different color fabric in the future. He also predicts different patterns, both standard and custom, including patterns that set themes or encompass corporate logos and background messages. “With Celebration!™ the signmaker has a chance to express creativity and impress his customer with different approaches,” he said.

The 10-oz. vinyl, with its crosshatched reinforcing, comes in rolls 50 inches wide, 50 yards per roll. It can be used together with many other Bruin vinyls, serving as a trim or spot attraction. It is compatible with Screen Tex®, Brun-Tuff®, VCM® mesh, Energy-Shield®, Mardi-Gras® and other Bruin fabrics.

Bruin Plastics Company, Inc., has produced quality laminated and coated fabrics serving a wide variety of industries since 1964.
